Generally within a week or two**, the further out the better to get on my calendar, but it never hurts to check in last minute as sometimes I’ll have openings. Sometimes I won’t have availability for the date you need if I’m traveling somewhere with my family or I have a lot of prior orders booked.

Note on Weddings: must be booked no later than 3 months prior to the date of event.

Payment is due at time of pick up. I accept cash, check to “Miss Kari’s Bakery”, or Venmo @Miss-kari-bakery.

Note on wedding cakes: Wedding cakes require a deposit that is due at time order. Final balance is due 1 week prior to the wedding date.

Below are items that can be shipped and I always use the post office’s flat rate shipping box for out-of-town packages OR a regular box for local, whichever is fastest and least expensive then I’ll let you know what the shipping cost is. I wrap them individually in treat bags, then lots of bubble wrap to keep them safe during shipping. I can also type up a special note from you to the recipient to include in the package, ie: happy birthday message.
